Where it started

Back in 2011, our founder came home to the Philippines with fresh eyes and a clear vision. He saw an opportunity that most people had overlooked: wireless paging systems had the potential to completely transform the way Filipino businesses in hospitality, healthcare, and onsite communications served their customers.

So he took the leap and Grupo Urbina was born.

The timing could not have been sweeter. The coffee and bubble tea craze was just starting to take off in the Philippines, and businesses needed a smarter, more seamless way to manage their queues and serve their guests. Grupo Urbina was right there to meet that need.

Our very first clients were The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and Chatime. We are incredibly grateful for the trust they placed in us from day one, and the best part? They are still our clients today.
